Ingredients
- Mutton(clean and cut into small pieces) - 1/2 kg
- Green chillies(sliced) - 2 nos
- Ginger - 1 piece
- Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp

- Coconut(cut into thin pieces of ½ cm long, Thenga kothu) - 1/2 Cup

- Cinnamon(To be ground after roasting together, Karugapatta) - 2 pieces
- Cloves(To be ground after roasting together, Grambu) - 3 pieces

Instructions
- Fry the coconut pieces with little salt and turmeric powder till golden brown.
- Mix with meat and add the fried coconut.
- Add water, sliced green chillies, turmeric powder, ginger and curry leaves.
- Mix well.
- Cover and cook on a very low fire until the meat is tender and gravy dry.
- Heat oil in pan.
- Season with mustard and onion.
- Add meat and fry until oil separates.
- :- Mutton Fry is ready.
- :- Serve Mutton Fry hot.
- :- You can have mutton fry with rice or rotis.
