Mutton Fry Easy Mutton Fry must try 1/2 kg Mutton (clean and cut into small pieces)2 nos Green chillies (sliced)1 piece Ginger1/2 tsp Turmeric powder2 sprigs Curry leaves1/2 Cup Coconut (cut into thin pieces of ½ cm long, Thenga kothu)1 tsp Salt1/2 tsp Mustard seeds2 to Water1 tsp Onion (sliced)3 tsp Coriander powder (To be ground after roasting together)1 tsp Chilly powder (To be ground after roasting together)8 pieces Pepper corn (To be ground after roasting together)1/4 tsp Jeera (To be ground after roasting together)2 pieces Cinnamon (To be ground after roasting together, Karugapatta)3 pieces Cloves (To be ground after roasting together, Grambu)1/2 tsp Cummin seeds (To be ground after roasting together, Jeerakam)6 pieces Garlic (To be ground after roasting together)1 no Onion (Sliced and to be ground after roasting together, small) Fry the coconut pieces with little salt and turmeric powder till golden brown.Grind all the roasted spices with onion and garlic.Mix with meat and add the fried coconut.Add water, sliced green chillies, turmeric powder, ginger and curry leaves.Mix well.Cover and cook on a very low fire until the meat is tender and gravy dry.Heat oil in pan.Season with mustard and onion.Add meat and fry until oil separates.:- Mutton Fry is ready.:- Serve Mutton Fry hot.:- You can have mutton fry with rice or rotis.
