- Bread 4 no. -
- Mutton 100 gram -
- Aloo 2 no. -
- Onion : 1 no -
- garlic 3 no. -
- Ginger : small piece -
- Salt to taste -
- Red chili powder : 1 tsp -
- Turmeric Powder: 1 tsp -
- Garam Masala : 1 tsp -
- Mint leaves 1/4 cup -
- Oil : 4 tsp -

Instructions
- boil the aloo and smash it
- chop the mutton into very small pieces, clean and wash it
- add onion and saute it for 2 mins until it turn into brown
- add mutton, mix well and allow to cook for 5 mins in medium flame
- add salt, red chili powder, turmeric powder and garam masala and mix well and allow to cook for 5 mins
- add mint leaves and mix well
- add 3 glass of water and mix well and allow to cook until the mutton get cook well
- once the mutton get cooked add smashed aloo and mix well
- and allow to cook in the medium flame for 5 mins
- now toast the bread both the side by applying oil
- now apply the mutton masala
- cover it by other toasted bread and again keep it in tawa and toast it for 1 min both the side
- now mutton sandwich is ready
