Ingredients
- Chicken - ½ kg
- Onion - 1 no
- Tomato - 1 no
- Ginger - ½ inch
- garlic - 8 -
- green chilli - 4 -
- Turmeric powder - ½ tsp
- Chilli powder - 2 tbsp
- Coriander powder - 2 tsp
- Garam masala - 1 tbsp
- Coriander leaves - 1 tbsp
- Salt(As reqd) -
- Oil(As reqd) -
- Water(As reqd) -

Instructions
- Heat oil and fry onions till it is brown in colour.
- Add chilli powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder and garam masala.
- :- Make sure the flame is low while adding these so that it doesn’t get burnt.
- Add thoroughly washed chicken to this.
- Put the flame on high. Stir well and cook the chicken this way for 5 minutes..
- Now add one cup of water. Stir once.
- Cover it with a lid and let it cook on medium flame.
- When the chicken is cooked, turn off the flame.
- Garnish the curry with finely chopped coriander leaves.
- :- Serve with rice or chappathis.
