Ingredients
- naattu kozhi 1/2 kg -
- onion 2 no. -
- Tomato : 1 no (small) -
- Ginger garlic paste : 2 tsp -
- Turmeric Powder: 1 tsp -
- Red chilli powder : 1 tsp -
- Black Pepper : 1/2 Tsp -
- chicken masala 2 to 3 tsp -
- Salt to taste -
- oil 6 tsp -
- Mustard : 1 tsp -
- Curry leaves 1 bunch -

Instructions
- wash and clean the chicken
- heat the oil in the pan and temper the mustard and curry leaves
- add onion and saute it for 5 min until it turn into brown
- add tomato and mix well
- add chicken and mix well, add turmeric powder, red chili powder, black pepper, chicken masala and salt and mix well.
- allow the chicken get dry and the masala gets crispy and dark brown colour.. cook in medium flame
- naattu kozhi roast is ready to serve
