- Prawns - 250 g
- Tomato - 2 large
- Green chilly - 4
- Onion - 1 small
- Shallots - 10
- Tamarind - 1 lemon
- Red chilly powder - 2 1/2 tsp
- Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
- Coriander powder - 1 tsp
- Mustard - 1/2 tsp
- Fenugreek seed - 1/2 tsp
- Oil - 2 tbsp
- Salt(to taste) -
- Curry leaves(few) -

- Take all the ingredients and keep it ready.
- Clean prawns and add chilly powder,turmeric powder,salt and water as required.
- Add tomato,green chilly and curry leaves.
- Saute for 5 minutes.
- Bring it to boil and cook for 10-15 minutes.
