Instructions
  1. For making the Nadan Chicken Roast, firstly grind together turmeric, chilli, coriander, pepper, garam masala powders, fennel seeds, ginger, garlic paste with the vinegar to a thin paste.

  2. Marinate the cleaned chicken pieces with the ground masala and salt and keep it for 10 minutes.

  3. Heat oil in a pan, add chopped onion and saute well till it turn golden brown colour. Add green chillies, curry leaves.

  4. Add the marinated chicken pieces and mix well . Cover and cook it till the pieces are coated well with the masala. Check and stir occasionally.

  5. Nadan Chicken Roast is ready to serve. It goes well with chapathi, pooris or appam.

Fennel seeds - 1 / 2 tsp.
Garam masala powder - 1 / 2 tsp.
Vinegar - 3 tbsp.
Curry leaves.
Salt to taste.
Coconut oil - 4 tbsp.
