- Water - 1/2 cup
- Salt - 1 tsp
- Grated Coconut - 1/4 cup

Instructions
- Mix wheat flour with salt and water,keep it for 5 minutes aside.
- Then take a put maker add1tsp grated coconut and then add the mixed wheat flour to this puttu maker
- On the top we have to add little more grated coconut.
- Close with lid and steam for 5 minutes.
- Now gathambu puttu is ready to serve.
