Ingredients
- Kada chakka - 1 cup
- Coconut - 1 grated
- Mustard - 1 tsp
- Red chili - 1 tsp
- Salt(to taste) -
- Water - 1/2 cup
- Rice - 1 tsp
- Curry leaves - 5
- Chili powder - 1 tsp
- Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
- Coriander powder - 1 tsp
- Gram masala - 1 tsp
- Oil - 1 tsp

- Wash kada chakka and keep aside.
- Heat oil in a kadai add mustards,when it splutters add red chilly,rice and curry leaf saute for 2 minutes.
- Add kada chakka and water to this and cook for 5 minutes.
- In Heat oil in a kadai and add grated coconut,turmeric powder,chili powder,gram masala and coriander powder.Saute for 2 minutes.
- Grind it in a mixer with cumin seeds and small onion.
- Add this ground mix to kada chakka mix in kadai mix well and saute for 2 minutes.
- now nadan kadachakka masala thoran is ready.
