- in a pressure cooker add nattu kozhi, salt, red chili powder and turmeric powder and allow for 3 whistle
- powder the cardamom, cinnamon and clove
- once the chicken get cooked remove from water
- add boiled chicken with onion, mix well and marinate for 1/2 an hour
- add coriander and mint leaves and mix well
- add coconut paste and mix well
- now add marinated chicken and mix well
- add red chili powder and salt and mix well
- add colour powder and mix well
- add the chicken stock and mix well and allow to cook for 15 minues until the chicken get mix well with coconut flavor
- once the chicken get cooked and water get dry turn off the flame
- nattu kozhi thengai varuval is ready. garnish with coriander leaves
