No Bake Cheese Cake Easy

No need to bake just refrigerate it

  • 100 gms Graham cracker crumbs/Marie/Parle G biscuits 1.5 cups)(ground
  • 2 tbsp Granulated sugar 30gms
  • 6 tbsp Butter 80gms

For the filling:

  • 8 oz Cream cheese/Cottage cheese 225 gms) melte, Paneer
  • 1/4 cups Granulated white sugar 50gms
  • 1 tsp Vanilla essence
  • 1 cup Heavy whipping cream
  • 1.75 cup Whipped cream


  • For the base: For preparing no bake cheese cake, mix graham cracker crumbs or biscuit powder with sugar and butter.
  • Place it on a well greased pan(better if you use spring form pan). Refrigerate it while you make the filling.
  • For the filling: Whip together cream cheese or paneer with sugar and vanilla essence till everything becomes light and fluffy. Slowly fold in the whipped cream.
  • Pour the filling on the top of base and refrigerate for 6 hours or overnight.
  • No bake cheese cake is ready. Serve with sauce over the top.
