- Chopped Onion : 1 no -
- Grated Cheese : 1 tsp -
- Chopped Capsicum : 1 tsp -
- Chopped Coriander leaves : 1 tsp -
- chilly powder 1 tsp -
- Coriander powder : ½ tsp -

Instructions
- Chop the onions.
- Grate the cheese and add it to the chopped onions.
- Add the chopped capsicum and the coriander leaves.
- Sprinkle the chilly and coriander powder.
- Add salt as well and mix it well.
- Cut the bread into slices diagonally.
- In a bowl take the gram flour, rice flour, baking soda, chilly powder and salt.
- Add little water to a dosa batter consistency.
- Stuff the bread and dip in this batter and fry it in oil.
- Stain the excess oil and serve hot with sauce.
