- Cooked Rice (preferably Basmati Rice) : as reqd -
- Jeera : 3(cumin seeds) - 4 tsp
- Half boiled green peas : ½ cup -
- Ghee : as reqd -
- Salt to taste -

Instructions
- Heat ghee in a pan.
- Add the cumin seeds into the hot ghee.
- Add the boiled green peas also.
- When the colour of this mix turns into golden, add the cooked rice into it and stir it well, if necessary add some more salt also.
