Ingredients
- Chicken - 1 no
- Ginger(garlic paste - 2 tbsp) -
- Chilly powder - 1 tbsp
- Turmeric powder - 1/2 tbsp
- Coriander powder - 1 1/2 tbsp
- Cashew nuts - 50 gm
- Onion - 3 nos
- Garam masala powder - 1/2 tsp
- Pepper powder - 1 tsp
- Tomato(cut in to small pieces) - 3 nos
- Curry leaves - 2 strands

Instructions
- Keep it for 15 minutes.
- Make a smooth paste out of chilly powder,garam masala powder, coriander powder,remaining turmeric powder and pepper powder by adding sufficient water.
- Make cashew paste.
- Fry the marinated chicken and keep aside.
- Fry the half quantity of onion till to get golden brown colour.
- Add curry leaves and keep aside.
- Saute the remaining onion until transparent.
- When the raw smell is off, add the chilly paste to it and fry for a few mints.
- Add the cashew paste and tomato.
- Add the fried chicken pieces to it.
- Add enough water to cook the chicken and close the lid.
- Simmer it for 15 to 20 mints or till the chicken is well cooked.
- Add the fried onion and curry leaves to it at the time of serving..
