Oats Rava Dosa

It is a perfect And healthy breakfast Dish.It Helps In maintaining balanced diet.

  • 1 cup Oats
  • 1/4 cup Rava sooji
  • 1/2 cup Rice flour
  • 1 cup Curd
  • 1/4 tsp Black pepper powder
  • 1 tsp Cumin seeds Nalla jeerakam
  • 1/2 tsp Grated Ginger
  • 2 nos Green chilly Chopped )
  • Coriander leaves ( chopped ).
  • Oil for brushing.
  • Salt to taste


  • Dry roast the oats in a pan over low flame for 4-5 minutes. Grind all the ingredients except green chilly and coriander leaves to a dosa batter consistency by adding needed water and salt. Then add green chilly, coriander leaves and mix well
  • Heat a non-stick tawa over medium flame. Pour a ladle of batter and spread it slightly in a circular motion as you do for normal dosa.Pour 1/2 tsp of oil on the top of the dosa.Cook well ,flip the dosa and cook till it turns light brown and crisp.
  • Oats rava dosa is ready.Serve hot with chutneys.
