Ingredients
- Oats - 1 cup
- Rava(sooji) - 1/4 cup
- Rice flour - 1/2 cup
- Curd - 1 cup
- Black Pepper Powder - 1/4 tsp
- Cumin seeds( Nalla jeerakam ) - 1 tsp
- Grated Ginger - 1/2 tsp
- Green chilly(Chopped )) - 2 nos
- Coriander leaves, Chopped -
- Oil for brushing. -
- Salt to taste -

Instructions
- Heat a non-stick tawa over medium flame. Pour a ladle of batter and spread it slightly in a circular motion as you do for normal dosa.Pour 1/2 tsp of oil on the top of the dosa.Cook well ,flip the dosa and cook till it turns light brown and crisp.
- Oats rava dosa is ready.Serve hot with chutneys.
