Instructions
- Wash and dry cut okra into pieces.
- Add red chilly and curry leaves saute for 2 minutes on medium heat for 3 -4 minutes.Add lemon juice to this and saute for 2 minutes again.Let it cook for 3-4 minutes stir in between so that they dont burn.
- Reduce flame and cook till okra turns soft.This could take about 15-20 small roasting.When it is cooked turn off flame.
- Now okra or bheendi fry is ready to serve with chapatti and rice.
