- Hammour fish(cleaned and flattened) - 1 no
- garlic(chopped) - 4 cloves
- Green chillies(chopped) - 4 nos
- Cayenne pepper - 2 tsp
- Pepper - 2 tsp
- Fish sauce - 1 tsp
- Salt(As reqd) -

Instructions
- For preparing pan grilled fish, first marinate the fish with chopped garlic, fish sauce, green chillies, cayenne, pepper and salt.
- Leave it for 15 minutes.
- Pour olive oil in pan and place the fish in it.
- Grill the fish in low flame.
- Decorate with parsley.
- Pan grilled fish is ready.
