- Dry Ginger powder(A pinch, Chukku podi) -
- Black Pepper Powder(A pinch) -
- Water - 2 cups
- Cardamom powder(A pinch) -

Instructions
- Add all the other ingredients: dry ginger power, black pepper powder, cardamom powder, and salt into jaggery water.
- Keep in fridge till chilled.
- Panakam, a tradition tamil drink recipe is ready.
