250 gm Paneer cubes4 tbsp Oil1/2 tsp Cumin seeds (Jeerakam)2 nos Onion (chopped, big)1 no Tomato (chopped, big)2 nos Green chillies (chopped)1/2 tsp Turmeric powder1 tsp Chilli powder1/2 tsp Garam masalaSalt (As reqd) Crush paneer cubes with hand.Heat oil in a kadai.Add cumin seeds. Add chopped onion and green chillies and saute well. When onion becomes soft, add crushed paneer and mix it well for 5 mins.Add salt, chopped tomato, turmeric powder and chilli powder and mix it well for another 5 mins.Sprinkle the garam masala over the dish and cover it with a lid and keep it on a very low flame for 5 mins.After 5 mins, remove it from fire and mix it well.:- Make sure that the dish is dry with a consistency of scrambled egg.
