Paneer Cutlet Paneer cutlet 250 gm Paneer½ cup Semolina (Rava)5 nos Bread slices½ cup Milk or paneer water2 tbsp Butter4 tbsp Allpurpose flour (Maida)4 nos Green chilliesChopped coriander for flavor2 tsp Lemon juiceSalt (As reqd)Ghee (As reqd)Finely chopped (onion, carrot and boiled peas) for decoration Roast rava(sooji) in ghee till it gets golden brown. Add milk or paneer water and stir it till it gets thicker. Add salt, lemon juice, green chillies, chopped coriander and cook for 1 minute. Soak bread slices for 2-3 minutes in water, squeeze, mash and add to the above. Then add finely chopped paneer. When it cools, make cutlets of desired shape. Dip it in the liquid maida paste and fry it in oil to a golden brown color. Garnish with the chopped vegetables.:- Serve hot with tomato sauce and coriander chutney. :- Makes about 8-10 cutlets.
