- Paneer - 250 gram
- Onion - 1
- capsicm - 1
- Cumin seeds - 1 tsp
- Oil - 2 tsp
- Cashew - 5
- Kasthuri methi - 1 tsp
- Coriander leaves - 5
- Salt - 1 tsp
- Green peas - 1/2 cup
- Water - 1/4 cup

Instructions
- Atomato to this and saute for a minute.
- Add this grind mix to kadai mix and saute for 2 minutes.
- Add chilli powder,paneer, salt and green peas boil for 2 minutes .
- Add coriander leaves and kasthuri methi leaves and 1/4 cupwater to this and boil for 2 minutes
- Boil for 2 minutes until gravy is thick.
- Now paneer masala is ready
