Panna Cotta.

Panna Cotta is an Italian dessert of sweetened cream thickened with gelatin. Panna Cotta is a very basic pudding and need a few ingredients.

  • Soak gelatin in a little milk until soft.
  • In a saucepan, add fresh cream, sugar , stir it and brings to boil over low flame.
  • Add the soaked gelatin and milk and keep stirring until the gelatin has dissolved, do not boil.
  • Switch off the flame. Let it cool and add the vanilla essence.
  • Pour this to a bowl, keep in fridge for an hour until set.
  • Panna Cotta is ready to serve. Enjoi with your family.
