Panna Cotta is an Italian dessert of sweetened cream thickened with gelatin. Panna Cotta is a very basic pudding and need a few ingredients.

Instructions
- Soak gelatin in a little milk until soft.
- Add the soaked gelatin and milk and keep stirring until the gelatin has dissolved, do not boil.
- Switch off the flame. Let it cool and add the vanilla essence.
- Pour this to a bowl, keep in fridge for an hour until set.
- Panna Cotta is ready to serve. Enjoi with your family.
