Papaya coconut dessert is a very simple and different sweet made in festival times. This is like a halwa sweet vey delicious to taste. The papaya is run in a mixer to a smooth paste and stir well in ghee. To this sugar and coconut is added with cardamom powder which enhances the aroma of the dessert. corn starch is added finally to the glossy texture of the this sweet.

Instructions
- take papaya cubes in a mixer
- grind it to a smooth paste
- remove the nuts and in same ghee add the fruit mix and stir
- after few mins add sugar
- add cardamom powder
- add coconut grated
- when cooked well dilute corn starch and mix with it
- when the dessert comes non sticky to the pan it is ready to serve adding nuts.
