Peanut Masala Salad

Peanut Masala Easy

Snack- Roasted peanuts with tomatoes,herbs,lemon juice and chaat masala

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Peanuts roasted unsalted
  • 1 no Tomato seeded and finely chopped
  • 1/2 tsp Green chilly seeded and finely chopped
  • 1 no Onion finely chopped, small size
  • 2 tbsp Coriander leaves finely chopped
  • Kashmiri Chilly powder a sprinkle
  • 2 tbsp Lemon juice
  • 1 tsp Chaat masala
  • Oil for glazing

Instructions
 

  • Sprinkle chilly powder over the coriander leaves.
  • In a deep bowl combine onion, tomato, green chilly, chaat masala with the peanuts.
  • Add coriander leaves with chilly powder and add required salt.
  • Add lemon juice and drizzle oil for glazing and toss well.
  • :- Serve immediately alone or on top of broken pappads.
