- rice batter 1 bowl -
- Onion : 2 -
- Red chilli : 2 -
- Green chilli : 2 -
- Salt to taste -
- coriander leaves 1/4 cup -
- Curry Leaves : 1/4 Cup -
- Oil : 4 tsp -
- Mustard : 1 tsp -
- broken urad dal 1 tsp -
- Bengal gram : 1 tsp -

Instructions
- chop the onion, green chilli, red chilli, curry leaves and coriander leaves
- in a pan heat the oil and temper the mustard, broken urad dal and bengal gram
- add green chilli, red chiili, and onion and saute it
- add salt and rice batter and mix well
- allow to boil for few mins in medium flame
- once boiled, add curry leaves and coriander leave and mix it
- from a rice batter mix, make shape like pidi kozhukattai
- keep the kozhukattai in a steamer and boil it for 15 mins
- now pidi kara kozhukattai ready to serve. serve with coconut chutney and sambar
