  • First boil the milk in a hard bottomed vessel and add the china grass. Stir continuously under a medium flame.
  • Then, add milk maid into the above mixture and stir continuously.
  • Keep the above mixture in a low flame and stir continuously until the mixture gets thickened.(15-20 minutes)
  • When the mixture attains a thick consistency, put out the flame and keep aside for cooling.
  • Take another vessel and add chopped pineapple and sugar. Saute in medium heat till all the water is gone from the pineapple.
  • After that, put off the flame and add pineapple essence & mix well.
  • Take a flattened vessel and spread the pineapple mixture evenly. Pour the milk mixture above it.
  • Put it in fridge for 15 minutes and allow to set and serve.
