Ingredients
- Paneer : 50 gm (grated) -
- Bread Slice :4 nos ( Brown Bread) -
- Capsicum : 1/4 cup (cut into small pieces) -
- Chopped Onion : 1/4 cup -
- Coriander : ¼ cup chopped -
- Salt to taste -
- Oil : 2 tsp -
- Chat Masala : 1 pinch -
- Garam masala : 1 pinch -
- chilly powder 1 tsp -
- Coriander powder : ½ tsp -
- Pepper powder : ½ tsp -
- Corn flour : 2 tsp -

- Set all the ingredients ready.

- Mix all the ingredients. Dip bread slices in a cup of water for 2 seconds and squeeze bread slices between palms. Then place the mixture in the bread.
- The wetness in the bread would suffice to pocket it, else apply the corn flour paste to cover the opening.
- Heat a tawa / pan and add little oil on it and fry till both sides are cooked.
- Serve hot with tomato sauce.
