Potato with easy egg curry for chappathis, rice etc.

  • Take a pressure cooker and put sliced potatoes, sliced onion, chilly powder, turmeric powder, some water and required salt. Cook for 2 whistles. 2)Take a kadai and heat oil. Fry sliced garlic and curry leaves. Stir in cooked potato from pressure cooker into kadai. Mix along with garlic. Let it be on fire for 2 minutes. After that, off the fire and put the boiled eggs sliced on the curry.
  • Potato egg curry is ready for serving.
