- Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
- Chilli powder - 1 tsp

- Coriander leaves -

Instructions
- Marinate the washed potatoes along with little turmeric, chilli powder and salt. Heat oil in a pan and fry the potatoes till it becomes brown and crispy.
- Then add fried potatoes, stir well. Close the pan with a lid for two minutes. Add coriander leaves.
- Enjoy the potato fry masala with chapathi, pooris or appam.
