- Chopped Onion : 1 no -
- Chopped Mint leaves : 1 tsp -
- Chopped Coriander leaves : 1 tsp -
- Chopped Chillies : 2 nos -

Instructions
- Chop the onions, mint leaves, coriander leaves and chilly.
- Grate the pre boiled potatoes.
- Mix it all together.
- Make into thick ball.
- In a bowl take the gram flour, rice flour, baking soda, chilly powder and salt.
- Add little water to a dosa batter consistency.
- Stuff this potato mixture over one slice of bread and place the other bread over.
- Cut diagonally.
- Dip it in batter.
- Deep fry in oil till both sides are done.
- Serve hot with sauce.
