- Urad dal 1 cup -
- moong dal 1/4 cup -
- coriander seed 1/4 cup -
- cumin seed 1/2 cup -
- fenugreek seed 1/2 cup -

Instructions
- dry roast the bengal gram
- add urad dal and mix it
- add moong dal and mix it
- add coriander seeds and mix well
- add cumin seeds and fenugreek seeds and mix it
- add red chili
- add curry leaves and asafoetida and allow to fry until all the spices turn into golden colour. allow to cool and powder it by grinding it
- puli kuzhambu powder is ready
