Instructions
- Heat oil in a kadai add onions,toordal,urad dal and red chilly,saute for 2 minutes.
- Add chopped garlic to this and saute for 2 minutes.
- Add tamarind juice to this and stir.
- Add curry leaves to this and boil until the gravy is thick.
- Take 2 tsps of this mix and mix together with rice and serve.
