Ingredients
- Pumpkin(cut into pieces, ripe) - 2 cups
- Mustard seeds - 1 tsp
- Coconut(grated) - 1 tsp
- Red chillies - 3 nos
- Urad dhal(uzhunnu) - 1 tsp
- Curry leaves - 1 stem
- Oil - 2 tsp
- Salt(as reqd) -
- Water - 1/2 cup
For Grinding:
- Coconut(grated) - 1 cup
- Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp
- Chilly powder - 1/2 tsp
- Jeerakam(cumin seeds) - 1/4 tsp
- Garlic pods - 5 nos

Instructions
- Grind the ingredients into a coarse form.
- Add the ground mixture in to the cooked pumpkin and mix well and cook for 5 minutes.
- Heat oil in a pan and splutter mustard seeds followed by grinded Coconut,Uzhunnu,Red chillies,curry leaves.
- Pour it into the cooked pumpkin curry and mix well.
