Raagi Koozh (Porridge)

this is a very famous in summer season.we regularly do with some millets and mainly with raagi and kambu. this is best in summer season. we love to drink and gives full energy.

Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup Ragi flour
  • 3 cup water
  • 1/4 cup curd
  • 6 chopped shallots
  • Green chili option
  • Salt as per taste

Instructions
 

  • Now Mix ragi flour and water. mix well and stir well in high flame
  • Cook more for 10 minutes in a low flame
  • Now turn off and allow to cool for 10 minutes and add curd
  • Add other ingredients and mix well with hand or spatula or whisk
  • Now its ready to serve
