Serve hot and crispy Rice Flour Dosa with your favorite chutney and sambar. This is an ideal alternative that you can rely and treat your family. It requires less that 15 minutes for preparing the dish. While preparing the batter, make sure that there are no lumps that will destroy the texture of the dish.
