A

Rice Flour Dosa is an ideal instant dosa dish that does not require grinding nor fermentation. Traditionally, dosas are prepared by soaking the rice overnight, grinding to a smooth rice batter, fermenting and later poured out as dosas on a hot tawa. However in this instant dosa recipe, rice flour is used to prepare the batter which cut downs the entire soaking and grinding process. Yet it tastes very similar to the traditional ones with the same texture and softness. Working mothers and busy housewives find this as a relief from all strenuous chores. Serve hot and crispy Rice Flour Dosa with your favorite chutney and sambar. This is an ideal alternative that you can rely and treat your family. It requires less that 15 minutes for preparing the dish. While preparing the batter, make sure that there are no lumps that will destroy the texture of the dish. There are many instant dosa varieties available, but most of them are thick and not very crispy. It is rice flour that grants the required crispiness to the dosa.
