- ridge gourd chopped 1cup -
- Milk : 1 cup -
- onion chopped 1 cup -
- coriander powder 2 spoons -
- Salt -
- Turmeric powder -
- Red chilli 2 no. -
- greenchilli 2 no. -
- curry leaf few -
- mustard channa dal, urad dal - 1 spoon

Instructions
- heat pan add seasonings with red chilli
- add onion
- after onions turn soft add green chillies and curry leaves
- now add coriander powder , salt and turmeric powder
- let the raw smell go and add ridge gourd
- when the ridge gourd is half cooked ad milk to it
- simmer for two mins. and serve
