Ingredients
- Sabudana - 2 cups
- potatoes cubed - 2
- green chilies chopped - 3-4
- whole jeera - 1 tsp
- Sugar - 1 tsp
- Few curry leaves -
- Salt -
- Oil - 3-4 tbsp
- peanuts roasted & crushed(optional) - 2-3 tbsp

Instructions
- Peel and cube the potatoes and keep aside.
- In a non stick pan, add oil and temper with whole jeera, curry leaves and chopped green chilies.
- Add the cubed potatoes, salt and cook covered on a low flame till the potatoes are cooked (approximately 10 minutes).
- Optional-add roasted crushed peanuts and mix well.
- Garnish with chopped coriander leaves.
