Salad Greens
Salad greens in blue cheese
Ingredients
- 200 g Salad greens assorted
- 1 cup Fresh herbs mint/basil/cilantro or a combination
- 100 g Blue cheese crumbled
- 50 g Almond flakes
- 50 g Raisins
Instructions
- Rinse the salad greens and herbs. Drain.
- Blend dressing ingredients together for two minutes.
- Drizzle olive oil a little at a time.
- Transfer salad greens with herbs, crumbled blue cheese and raisins to a bowl.
- Toss the greens with half of vinaigrette dressing.
- Remove the greens to a platter and sprinkle almond flakes on top.
- Pass the remaining vinaigrette separately.
