- Salad greens(assorted) - 200 g
- Fresh Herbs(mint/basil/cilantro or a combination) - 1 cup
- Blue cheese(crumbled) - 100 g
- Almond flakes - 50 g
- Raisins - 50 g

Instructions
- Rinse the salad greens and herbs. Drain.
- Blend dressing ingredients together for two minutes.
- Drizzle olive oil a little at a time.
- Transfer salad greens with herbs, crumbled blue cheese and raisins to a bowl.
- Toss the greens with half of vinaigrette dressing.
- Remove the greens to a platter and sprinkle almond flakes on top.
- Pass the remaining vinaigrette separately.
