Ingredients
- Bananas(bananas must be very ripe and have black spots on skins) - 3 nos
- All purpose flour(Maida) - 220 g
- Granulated sugar - 100 g
- Butter(melted) - 100 g
- Eggs - 2 nos
- Vanilla Essence - 1 tsp
- Lemon juice(Of one lemon) -

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 160 degrees. Grease a medium sized cake pan.
- In a clean bowl, mash bananas with a fork. Add lemon juice and sugar and combine well.
- Beat the eggs and add to the mixture. Add baking powder, essence and flour.
- Add the melted butter and stir with a spoon till just combined.
- Spoon the mixture into the prepared pan and bake for an hour, until risen and golden brown. When cool dust it with icing sugar. Enjoy
