- Sambar powder - 2 tbsp
- Rice floor - 2 tbsp
- Potatoes - 3 medium

- Ginger garlic paste - 1 tbsp

Instructions
- Heat a kadai ,add in oil and heat it up. Add mustard seeds .Let it sizzle
- Add sambar powder and rice powder . Cook this for a minute. Then add curry leaves.
- Add in potatoes and toss well with masala.
- Fry for 5 minutes on a medium flame. Serve with rice as a side dish.
