- Chicken 3 leg pieces -
- Mustard 50 gram -
- vinegar 1/4 cup -
- Salt to taste -
- hung curd 1/4 cup -
- Ginger garlic paste : 2 tsp -
- Garam Masala : 1 tsp -
- green chili paste 2 tsp -
- Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp -
- pepper 1/2 tsp -
- Oil : 4 tsp -

Instructions
- soak the mustard in vinegar for 2 hours
- remove from vinegar and a make fine paste
- in a bowl add hung curd mix with chicken
- add mustard paste, salt, green chili paste, garam masala, ginger garlic paste, oil and turmeric powder and mix well and marinate for 1/2 hour
- in a baking tray add chicken and bake for 1/2 hour by preheating 200c for 10 mins
- once baked it drill it for 5 mins
- now sarso ki tangiri is ready to serve
