Simple way to make yummy payasam with
Vermicelli
(Semiya)

ghee

Cashewnuts
(fried in
ghee

Cardamom
powder
A pinch, Elakka
Instructions
Fry vemicelli in
ghee
, until golden brown and keep it aside.
Boil the
milk
.
Add fried
vermicelli
and cook for 8 - 10 mins.
Add
sugar
, fried
raisins
, fried
cashewnuts
and
cardamom
powder and mix well.
Boil for 2 - 3 mins.
:- Serve hot or chilled.
