- Vermicelli(Semiya) - 1 measure
- Milk - 6 measure
- Ghee - 100 gm
- Sugar - 1 meaure
- Raisins(Onakka munthiri)(fried in ghee) -
- Cashewnuts(fried in ghee) -
- Cardamom powder(A pinch, Elakka) -

Instructions
- Fry vemicelli in ghee, until golden brown and keep it aside.
- Boil the milk.
- Add fried vermicelli and cook for 8 - 10 mins.
- Add sugar, fried raisins, fried cashewnuts and cardamom powder and mix well.
- Boil for 2 - 3 mins.
- :- Serve hot or chilled.
