- Tapioca - 1/2 kg
- Coconut - 1 cup
- Fennel seed - 1/2 tsp
- garlic - 5
- Bird eye chilly - 5-8
- Shallots - 2
- Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
- Salt : As required -
- Curry leaves(few) -
- Water - 1/2 cup

- Take a blender and add garlic,shallots,bird eye chilly and fennel seed.
- Grind it to a coarse paste
- Take a vessel and add cooked tapioca,turmeric powder,water and mash it with a wooden spatula.
- Add the ground coconut mixture,combine well.when it starts boil remove it from the flame.
- Simply spicy kappa puzhukk is ready now.
