- Heat a pan add water in it .
- We can use cold water also to make chappathi, but its easy and willl get smooth chappathi within less time and less energy.
- When it boils add salt and mix and off flame.
- Then add the wheat flour to it and mix well.we can add water if needed.
- Then make it in to a smooth dough by using hands.

- Then make it in to small balls.
- Then using a roller or chappathi maker make it in to round shape.
- Then make the both sides brown.
- Serve hot.
