  • Heat a pan add water in it .
  • We can use cold water also to make chappathi, but its easy and willl get smooth chappathi within less time and less energy.
  • When it boils add salt and mix and off flame.
  • Then add the wheat flour to it and mix well.we can add water if needed.
  • Then make it in to a smooth dough by using hands.

  • Then make it in to small balls.
  • Then using a roller or chappathi maker make it in to round shape.
  • Then heat a pan if you want you can add oil or ghee without oil also we can make chappathi.
  • Then make the both sides brown.
  • Serve hot.
