Naatu kozhi kulambu is an all time favorite for most chicken lovers especially if you are from the south part of India. Its a spicy curry blended with all natural spices and coconut.

Ingredients
- chicken 1/2 kg -
- small onion paste 1 cup -
- Onion : 1 no -
- tomato 1no. -
- mint leaves 1 tsp -
- Coriander leaves :1 tsp -
- ginger garlic paste 4 tsp -
- Turmeric Powder: 1 tsp -
- Red chili powder : 1 tsp -
- Black pepper : 1 tsp -
- coriander masala 4 tsp -
- Chicken masala : 1 tsp -
- Salt to taste -
- coconut paste 1/2 cup -
- oil 5 tsp -
- Mustard : 1 tsp -
- Curry leaves 1 bunch -

Instructions
- clean and wash the chicken
- in kadai heat the oil and temper the mustard and curry leaves
- add chopped onion and saute it until it turn into brown
- add chopped tomato and mix well
- add coriander leaves and mint leaves and mix well
- add onion paste and mix well and allow for 5 minutes until the raw smell goes out
- add turmeric powder, red chili powder, coriander powder, chicken masala, black pepper and salt and mix well
- add chicken, mix well
- allow to cook in medium flame for 10 minutes
- add coconut paste and mix well
- add required water and allow to boil it until the chicken get cooked well and it becomes in gravy consistency
- naattu kozhi chicken gravy is ready. serve with hot rice
