- Soya chunks 100g -
- Aloo 2 -

- Garlic 4 -
- Carrot 1 -
- Green chilli 1 -
- Red chilli powder : ½ tsp -
- Salt to taste -
- Garam masala : ½ tsp -
- Turmeric powder : ¼ tsp -
- Maida : 2 tsp -
- Corn flour : 2 tsp -
- Bread crumbs : 1 cup -
- Oil to fry -

Instructions
- Boil the aloo and soya chunks and smash it.
- Add salt, red chilli poder, garam masala and turmeric powder and mix well.
- Add smashed aloo and soya chunks and mix well. Make as ball and shape your choice
- In a bowl mix maida, corn flour and water and make as batter and dip in maida batter
- Dust with bread crumbs
- Put it in boiled oil and fry it . Serve with ketchup or chutney
