Ingredients
- soya chunks 150g -
- onion 1big must cut in very small -
- Salt to taste -
- For grinding: -
- ginger and garlic paste 1tsp -
- Garam masala : 1/2 tsp -
- coriander powder 1tsp -
- coconut 3tbs -
- Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp -
- green chillies 2 or 3 -
- cumin seeds 1/4tsp -
- For fry -
- coconut oil 1tbs -
- Mustard : 1/2 tsp -
- curry leaves as you wish -
- red chillies 3nos -

Instructions
- Soya chunks boil by adding salt. then drain it and grind for 1 sec.
- in a mixer bowl take the ingredients for grinding and grind it without using water. just like a thoran mix
- in a pan add oil then add mustard,curry leaves, redchillies. Then add onion. when onion is half cooked add soya chunks.
- when it becomes dry, add coconut mixture into it and saute well. then after 3 mins you can off the stove and the dish is ready for serve.
