Ingredients
- Soya chunks(minced) - 1 cup
- Ginger garlic paste - 1 spoon
- Chilly powder - 1 spoon
- Garam masala - 1/2 spoon
- Meat masala - 1/2 spoon
- Turmeric powder - 1/4 spoon
- Salt(as reqd) -
- Onion(cut into lenthwise, big size) - 1 no
- Mustard seeds(few) -
- Curry leaves - 1 spring
- Oil - 1 tbsp

Instructions
- Boil Soya chunks with little salt.
- When it becomes soft put it in cold water and mince it.
- Make a paste of chilly, turmeric, meat masala, garam masala and ginger garlic paste by adding little water.
- Heat oil in a pan and put musterd seeds into it.
- Add the masala paste into this and saute well.
- When the aroma comes, add the mince soya chunks.
- Put it in very low flame for 10 minutes
- :-Serve with Rice or chappathi!!!
