Take milk for garnishing, add turmeric powder and stir it to mix well. keep it aside
2) Mix the ingredients for marination in a mixer
3) Marinate the chicken and keep it aside for at least 1 hr
4) Rice - should be soaked in water for at least 15 mins, then drain the water.
a) Heat the pan
b) Pour ghee or butter
c) Add cloves, cinnamon and cardomom and let it fry for 2 mins. Nice smell will come.
d) Then add onions and stir and let it fry for 4-5 mins. Dont over fry the onions. It should be half cooked only.
e) Add the drained rice and fry for 2 mins.
f) Add water.
g) Add salt.
h) Add lemon juice.
i) Stir it so that everything is mixed and close the pan.
j) Boil the rice, stirring occassionally.
k) Once boiled, keep the rice aside.
Fry the marinated chicken - should half fry only.
a) Heat pan.
b) Add oil
c) Add onions and stir till its cooked half.
d) Add ginger - garlic paste, green chilli and stir
e) Add tomatoes and stir
f) Once everything is cooked, add the spices - turmeric pdr, red chilli powder, pepper powder and garam masala.
g) Add curd and mix it well.
h) Add cashew nut paste
i) Add chicken pieces and mix it well.
j) Add some water so that the chicken pieces will boil.
h) When the water is dried, gravy is ready.
Heat a pan and fry cashew nuts and raisins and keep it aside
8) Fry the carrots

a) Take microwave safe bowl
b) Add half of chicken to the bowl.
c) On top add some rice
d) Garnish - add lemon juice, 1 spn ghee, fried carrot, coriander leaves, cashew nut and raisins, pour colored milk using a spoon.
e) Again add some rice

g) Add rest of the chicken
i) Again add some rice
j) Garnish - add lemon juice, 1 spn ghee, fried carrot, coriander leaves, cashew nut and raisins, pour colored milk using a spoon.
h) Microwave at 600 deg Celsius for 15-20 mins.
